Question about English (US)

At midnight, my son got a high fever and couldn't sleep, so I took him to the hospital and saw a doctor.
Eventually, my son has been hospitalized.
He has still a high fever, but he doesn't look bad.
He eats a lot of meals and drinks a lot of water, tea, and juice.
I'm relieved.
I hope he leaves the hospital early.
Are you OK these days?
Take care, please.
