@JINHUA_EVANS what is "fluido" or have "fluidez" is the ability to speak a language fluently, not the person, so it'd be better written like this:
- Para cuando regrese hablaré español con fluidez.

I agree with betto007, we refer to the speaking as fluid, not the person speaking.
Hablo inglés fluido = I speak English fluently
