「昨日からガソリンが/は10円高くなった。」
「高いになった」とは言いません。You can't add になる/になった after i-adjectives. You need to change the end of the i-adjective to く.
Also, で after 10円 is not necessary. We don't say that.
You can say ガソリンは or ガソリンが depending on the conetext, but usually, が is more natural.
